From Rodrigo: Dimitre, I am glad you enjoyed our service even with the small hiccup. We are sorry the carrier drove the vehicle without prior consent from you, we always request they notify in advance. The carrier sometimes do need to drive vehicles in order to get to pick-up or delivery locations if they cannot reach them in their trucks, they try to keep the distance to a minimum and are of course fully insured to do this. We pride ourselves on being one of the TOP companies nationwide and being 5 star rated so we will do all we can to ensure that it does not happen again.
