Working with AutoStar Transport was a positive experience for me. The original tower who was dispatched to pick up my car had some family issues arise that prevented him from doing so, but he was always open and honest about it and communicated upfront, so I didn't mind. That is why it ended up taking 5 days from the day of availability, til the day the car was actually picked up. Though it was delayed, our experience with AutoStar is still positive and we are grateful that they were able to move our car for such an inexpensive amount of money.
