I was specially pleased with the driver Ernest K. who call me on the way to told me exactly what time he will pick-up my car so I made arrangement on time with my relatives to be at home at that time to handed the key of the car. He also contact me to let me know what is his arrival expected time than next day he call with information of the busy traffic on the way and that he will probablyl be late 15 min. His politeness and respectfulness about the costumers was exceptional.
