Thank you the great review. Most people that are looking to transport a vehicle have never done it before, so it can be a nerve racking situation. I aim to make it as seamless as possible and glad you felt comfortable through the process. I am sorry this driver did charge you more money for the items in the truck – in the future, my customer service team is more than happy to speak with the carrier at the point of them trying to charge more money to see if we can avoid that.
