We appreciate all responses from our customers and we view any criticism of our service as an opportunity to improve our future dealings with customers. We are sincerley sorry for the condition in which the car has arrived and this has been taken up with the carrier that was used. The car was scheduled to be delivered on a certain date, and carrier had arrived in the area a couple of days early. We are please that there were NO additional funds paid by the customer to the carrier and vehicle was delivered on the date requested by the customer. We constantly strive for excellence, and will continue to do so.
