You have an outstanding employee by the name of Jeff (don't recall his last name but I do remember that he is from New Zealand) who was able to contract the driver in a matter of hours to pick up my car for transport that same evening. Jeff took a considerable amount of time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. I didn't expect such personalized service from a car transport company employee and was very impressed. Just for your information, I had contacted another transport company a few days before AutoStar and it took them several days to get back to me which led me to contact another company and eventually, AutoStar. Jeff was very diligent in his relentless pursuit to obtain a driver to pick up my car that very same day. The car was delivered by Mony (the driver) as promised and everything went like clock work. Over all, I couldn't have asked for better service on both the pick up and delivery. Thanks again, AutoStar, and keep up the great work! Jim & Paula Wagner, Golden, Colorado
