Auto Star did a great job transporting my Jeep CJ-; Rosie did and amazing job finding a carrier for me. In addition, I had a special request that included two Jeep Doors that were not attached to the Jeep to be part of the transport and Rosie made it happen. Then Danny took over the shipping logistics and he did a superb job as a liaison with the carrier company and driver. My jeep was running and as live always throws us a curve, the carrier arrived and my Jeep gas pump went out. The carrier still loaded my Jeep without any hesitation, even though it was raining and with hurricane like winds he still loaded the Jeep. Danny stayed in contact with me and the carrier. Furthermore, the carrier did not charge me any extra fee for a non-running vehicle; the quote still remained the same. In my military career I moved so many times, including the move of my vehicles… I had never experience such professionalism and courtesy and there are not enough words to complement their great customer service from the team of Auto Star. Danny and Rosie did a Superb Job in taking care of my Jeep and Me. I recommend Auto Star any one! Rosie and Danny Thank You Again for your great support!
