Amazing Service!!!!

Words cannot describe how satisfied we are with the service Auto Star and Auto Movers provided us. I had gone with another company who totally botched up our request to have two vehicles transported from CA to TX. When Max from Auto Star contacted me he never made me feel like I was at fault for the previous mishap. He took the time to understand why I was so totally up set and after spending several minutes with me on the phone, after closing hours, Max calmed me down and assured me our vehiches could be transported in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. Well he was right and within 3 days we had a date and time that Auto Movers would be picking up our cars. But the greatest thing that both Auto Star and Auto Movers did for us was pick up our cars from our mechanic's home because we were already scheduled to leave for TX two days before. Auto Movers kept in contact with our mechanic and arrived on time to pick up the vehicles.

I just received the cars and the driver was so polite, helpful and spend all the time it took to start one of our cars. He was so kind and understanding as well. I was totally comfortable with him and his ability to take care of the cars. I am so happy we had Auto Star and Auto Movers transport our cars.

THANK YOU TO BOTH COMPANIES FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! We could not have been happier!!!
