Before I contacted Auto star, I had contacted other company , I picked this one up from the transport reviews a month ahead of my desired shipping date. But this company did not post me what they are up to on this matter even until one day before the required shipping date. So I was forced to contacted alternative which was Sam Mckenna at Auto Star Transport . What Sam did was exactly what I had expected, he realized the seriousness of the situation he wanted me to stay on the phone and everything was arranged successfully by one phone call. My daughter's car was picked up the next day as we wanted on 1/9/13 from Salt Lake City and was delivered on 1/16/13 to Arlington Va. in the same condition it was shipped in Utah.
I highly recommend Sam at Auto Star to anyone . Thanks Sam for your great help.
