AutoStar Transport was highly referred to me by a friend who shipped her car from California to Minnesota. She had nothing but great things to say about the company, and how they accommodated her every need. From the day I contacted AutoStar Transport, I right away had the peace of mind that my vehicle would be in great hands. I was greeted by an amazing representative (Isabella) who went above and beyond to accommodate me as well. She was prompt, professional, warm, and more than helpful. Part of the reason why I chose to ship my vehicle was due to the icy weather conditions on the highway, which I knew this would present a minor issue with the drivers as well. The drivers kept me posted of the situation and their timing. They were really friendly over the phone. I felt quite concerned for them driving in the inclement weather. I tried to reassure them that it would be alright if they took whatever time they needed to wait for stable driving conditions, but they, too, went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle would be picked up promptly. The vehicle arrived exactly at the time I was told. After driving long hours day and night, the driver was extremely kind. I have several friends who I know will need their car shipped, and I will not hesitate to speak to them about my experience. Thank you to the AutoStar Transport team and to its affiliates for doing such an amazing job at what you do. Is people like you who make the world of business a better place! The sense of value that customers find in any company is the excellent customer service that you provide and the peace of mind that you convey.
