Thank you to Robert for taking the time to write a review; all feedback helps us to continue to be the best in the industry. There are a few assertions that we do feel obliged to qualify: making judgments on the intelligence of a driver seems unkind, especially seeing as how he did transport the vehicle in a safe and timely fashion across half the country; and we always advise shippers that the exterior of their vehicles will get dirty when travelling on open trailers. Robert agreed to pay $45.00 more than his initial quote when we presented this option for a carrier to him, but we also made very clear that we were happy to search for other options, as well. Finally, this is the first we've heard that the transport did not happen in the agreed upon timeline as our records indicate it went as planned and our final check-in call to Robert went unanswered by him. Carriers, as per the FMCSA, work in windows of days, but we did specially schedule times for Robert as per his preferences with his Carrier and we would have done everything in our power to rectify discrepancies had Robert let us know.
