After a failed attempt to ship with another carrier, I was skeptical of the service I might receive trying to ship a vehicle in the States while I'm living in Japan. Mark made the experience a breeze. He was prompt with replies and accomodating to my situation. The vehicle was picked up and delivered when promised. I will definitely use AutoStar again.
