Prior to doing business with us, we presented to you the customer service rating of the carrier and also let you know the amount of insurance that carrier covered for your vehicle. Once you accepted the carrier's schedule, we did not keep you in the dark but provided you the name and phone number of the carrier and also the driver and emailed you a copy of the carrier's insurance certificate.
