I am very sorry we were unable to find a carrier to transport your vehicle. I can assure you that the team at AutoStar worked very hard on your order. We advised you early on that another broker was working on this which always has an impact in finding a carrier, once this was resolved we did find a carrier but unfortunately they were unable to transport the vehicle. When this happened we communicated this very apologetically and confirmed we were working on finding a new carrier as soon as possible We had also advised you early on that this was a difficult route, and your price was our standard rate price, which does come with our 10 business day money back guarantee. We contacted numerous carriers we know work on the route, along with carriers equipped to transport an inoperable vehicle, and even tried to find carriers using alternative pick up and delivery locations. We do everything we can to find a carrier within our 10 business day guarantee but this is not always possible. Because of our 10 day money back guarantee, Autostar Transport has issued a full refund to the customer, (before this review was written), with our apologies for not being able to secure a suitable carrier within the contracted time frame. We wish them the best.
