I had a great experience with Autostar becuase they were able to get me a carrier in less than one day who would be able to pickup my car within 24 hrs and deliever it by the weekend, all for the quoted price I recieved. We initallyspoke with Autostar late Wednesday afternoon and by Thursday morning, they had found a carrier and my car was picked up that same day. All this great service and I didn't get an additional surcharge or a hidden fee for the expedited service. Cecilia and David were knowlegable and really worked hard to get my busniess. That made me feel that my business did matter to them and I felt they had great customer service. I would use them again if the opportunity arises.
