We were looking for a transporter after our son, daughter-in-law and 2 young granddaughters were traveling and their car broke down.
We had originally contracted with another company who asked for money up front, NEVER communicated and did NOT follow through. After waiting a week and hearing nothing and the car still sitting, we contacted Sean at Auto Star.
Sean was immediately understanding of our frustration, didnt ask for any upfront monies and assured us he would do all he could to find a transporter. Within 24 hrs. Sean called and had a driver!! The driver picked up the vehicle and delivered it to our sons home ...and all within 24 hours.
If we ever need a transporter again, we will immediately contact Auto Star!! Thanks to Sean for helping us. You're the best!
