Excellent company, would use them again in a second

This was the fourth time that I had to ship a car across the country and it was definitely the best experience I've had as far as transporting companies go (the driver that happened to be sent was a different story, more on that later). Charlotte and Kira were both super friendly and professional, and they maintained communication throughout the entire process. My fiancé and I had to ship both of our cars, and Charlotte was able to find us carriers within a couple of days of placing our orders that fit perfectly within the time window I gave her. She followed up to make sure that things were going smoothly at a few different points, which I really appreciated. With the second car we shipped, I came across a few issues with the driver, who was really rude and unprofessional. I immediately contacted AutoStar, which is when Kira took over (I think Charlotte was out of the office), and she just did a phenomenal job of supporting me by contacting the dispatcher of the driver and advocating on my behalf. She called to check in with me while the car was en route, and she really made herself available to me in case of any trouble with the driver. My car ended up being fine and arrived mostly on time, so no harm done with the driver (other than the really unpleasant interactions I had to have with him). Kira called the following day to make sure that the delivery had gone well, which really shows me how dedicated and supportive the customer service is at AutoStar. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience with this company - from my past experience, I know how nerve-wracking it can be when the transport company you're trusting your car with goes MIA and doesn't return your calls or follow up, so to me, the excellent customer service that I received at AutoStar was well worth what I spent! (And by the way, I got quotes from maybe 10 different transport companies and AutoStar was the cheapest by over $100). I highly recommend using this company for your auto transport needs.
