We had a bad experience with a transport company prior to contacting Autostar. From the outset, Sam was extremely professional and courteous and thoroughly explained the transport process and realisitic exptectations for a difficult route between Texas and Maine. His diligence, superior work ethic and "can do" attude are impressive. I cannot imagine the long hours and numerous phone calls he had to complete in order to find a carrier. In my opinion (and 20+ years of military service), he should be promoted at the earliest to a higher role with higher pay. He is a great role model for your company.
