Initially, I found AutoStar to have prompt call back service. Sean McBride was my agent. He was honest and friendly, very efficient. My car was picked up one day late in NJ. After being picked up, the car arrived promptly in 2 days. The driver, Sasha, was also kind and courteous. My overall experience was very satisfying. I would reccommend their services with confidence. I have used carriers several times in the past, but AutoStar will be my choice in the future.
