Hey Chris, sorry for the bumpy start. The carrier assured us he would be able to pickup the vehicle on the date first stated, but unfortunately that was not the case and we apologize. On a positive note, we got the vehicle delivered as soon as we could at a $100 discount and found a carrier within an hour of your initial request being received. We always strive to provide the best service at a very competitive price and it looks like we provided tracking along the entire route after that delayed pickup. We thank you for your business and your patience. We know if an agenda changes it can be an inconvenience but we are always here to help! Good luck with the Impreza and thank you for your feedback.
