Kim immediately replied to my online inquiry.She provided more friendly and thorough information from the first contact than other companies ever did.It was so easy to choose AutoStar over all the others because of Kim Dunton.I hope everyone has the same great experience.The car was picked up on the request date.The driver called on schedule and called again twice when he was running just an hour late.The car arrived a day earlier than the drivers' best estimate.They were easy to contact & held it at their local location until my son arrived the next day.It was a little dirty but I had already been told that would happen on the road.I would absolutely recommend this company and use them again.
