I found Auto Star transport on this website and chose it due to the numerous five star reviews. I have to say that there was a delay on picking up the car, but it was due to a problem with the actual carrier's truck, not Auto Star's issue. Overall the communication from Ciara was great, even if the news wasn't what I wanted to hear! But Ciara I know worked very hard to get me another carrier as soon as possible, and she did find me someone who actually brought the car to me a day earlier than promised! The car was delivered right to my front door as promised, and if I do ever need to ship a car again I will definitely call Auto Star. I'm sure they have a lot of great employees, but I'm asking for Ciara, because she was fantastic. You can tell that she actually cares about what she does. Thank you!
