From my request for a quote to confirmation that my car would be transported, I received quick replies. Actual pickup of my car was a day earlier than requested, and shipment of my car from California to Illinois took 1 week.

However, the contact person I dealt with did not give me "official" paperwork until I requested it to look over the contract. I suggest that to be more authentic and official, contact reps use official documentation as I did not want to sign a contract without details about the transaction from the start.

It should be noted that Maria was sent our standard contract the very same day the order was placed, and vehicle was picked up on the very first available pickup date provided by the customer.
