My customer service provider Richard was beyond excellent.
He was professional, articulate and had exceptional communication skills.
He did not waste time with mis-information but did walk me through the process and provided thoughtful guidance. My car took longer to deliver but in the end it was okay because Richard was timely and courtous. The transport driver was also great! THANK YOU!
