I was pleased with the services provided by AutoStar transport. Initially, I went with another firm out of CA because of a lower quoted price. However a week and never hearing from the I went with Autostar as they were communicative and explained the overall shipping process. I will say that when you sign a contract, they have 12 days to fulfill the contract. Since this was around the holidays, they had a hard time finding a driver willing to go east of I-95 to Hampton bo pick up the vehicle. So I suspended the contract a week while I was on vacation and when I returned, I had a driver within 2 days and he only lived about 4 miles from my place. Pick-up & delivery was easy. My daughter was thrilled to finally get her car. In short AutoStar is a great company who communicates and knows how to get the job done. I highly recommend them.
