Lori, thanks for the review and your very kind words! It angers me when I see brokers purposefully throwing out low quotes to entice customers. We do NOT use a computer to generate quotes so I knew the other broker would NOT be able to move your vehicle because of your very challenging pick up location (a peninsula in the Chesapeake Bay!). I was honest with you and told you that it was NOT going to move yesterday and gave you options over the course of some weeks suggesting a pick up location to meet a carrier at a more central location. Lori, we always tell customers to do thorough background checks before allowing anyone to touch your vehicle. I wish I could have saved you the frustration, but at the end of the day your son has received his vehicle and AutoStar Transport & Logistics got the job done (NOT to be associated with the other guy, Auto Transport and Logistics, who quickly took your deposit and then would not take your calls.
