So the pick up was four days later than expected and then delivery a day earlier than expected (based on late pick up) but it all worked out fine in the end. The price was competitive and the service within acceptable realms. The most important thing is to understand the need for flexibility on timing (on your end as the customer) which was not made immediately clear to me until I read the contract.

Hi Amber, Thank you for your good review. We appreciate all feedback from our customers. I am sorry it was not clear for you about the shipping dates. Based on our phone conversations, I had explained that most vehicles are picked up within 3-5 days from the 1st available date, and yours was picked up on the 4th day, even though the contract does allow for 10 business days.
