This was my first time using a transport company and nothing could have been done to make the process go any better. John Imbastari was fantastic to work with. He stayed in constant communication with me, the dealer and the driver and he was up front and honest with everything from beginning to end. I was overwhelmed with initial quotes and I was lucky to find John. He is the man and can work his magic to make the delivery go smooth and professional. The driver had 17 years of experience and I would definitely advise anyone to go through John if you are transporting a vehicle. Great job John, keep up the good work and thank you for making your company and industry look so professional. One tip to anyone working with John. Don't work with multiple brokers at the same time-too many hands are in the pot and it gets confusing for everyone involved. Trust John, he will do what he says and it will pay off when the delivery safely arrives at your door.
