I was pleased with my first experience in transporting my car. Ben and the rest of the support team were professional and courteous. They walked me through "the process" so it was clear to me what the steps were and setting expectations. It was nice to know that they were proactive and prompt about alerting me when the car was ready to be picked up and delivered. It was about as smooth as can be. The car arrived undamaged. Overall I was very pleased and would use this service again!
