AutoStar Transport & Logistics provides excellent service. Their service representative, Andrea, worked with me to find a driver who could meet our budget limitations. The information Andrea provided was correct for both pickup and delivery. She answered all my questions. The driver, Mike of INJ, was amazing with his ability to handle the auto transport. He was a pleasure to do business with, positive, friendly, on-time.
I was surprised by AutoStar's tracking system. You enter the tracking # on-line at their home page, and it tells AutoStar that you want them to call you with an update. There is no automated tracking information.
