Great communication from Benjamin thruout the entire process. I had a particular challenge as the pick up point was literally on the east coast out in the ocean. Way off the beaten path, yet Benjamin insured I was always in the loop with what was taking place.

Initially I had seven different companies contact me via the internet, and four followed up via phone. Of the four that contacted me, only Benjamin took the time to answer all my questions from the first conversation. It was because of this, that I chose to go with AutoStar Transport and Logistics.

I will recommend AutoStar to anyone who asks, and hope someday I will be able to use them again.

Jim may very well be my favorite customer I have had in my time at Autostar. If you have ever seen Manteo, NC on a map then you know how hard it must be to catch a driver in the area. Jim understood this and we worked together to find a driver in the area and did so at a reasonable price and I think we ended up having a good time doing it!
