the only negative is that the delivery arrived several hours later than expected, but not due to anything the driver could be held responsible. he had two tires go flat on the highway, and consequently, was about 5 hours later than expected. Having said that, i would absolutely use the service again and would definitely recommend the transport company on Long Island that did the actual delivery and pick up.
