Every request or question was responded to promptly, which was great. The only thing that threw us was that we were told we would have a day or two lead time. We ended up only having a couple of hours notice before the car was picked up, which was difficult because my son (who had the car) was in the middle of a college final. All in all, though, the company was honest, responsive and efficient. Would definitely use them again.

We normally do have a bit more lead time, but in the name of striking when the iron is hot, we wanted to get a great carrier out to you when he was in the area.
