Amazingly Easy Experience!!!

I had contacted MANY companies a few weeks prior to my actual ship date, all offered comparable rates. However, because of Tammy's excellent customer service I decided to go with Auto Star Transport.

The whole business of shipping one's vehicle half way across the country can be a little stressful, and this being my first time I was a little leary of the process. After speaking with someone knowledgeable, professional and seemingly honest I knew who I was going to call when I was ready.

On a friday afternoon I decided I needed to get the ball rolling and commit to a ship date. I called Tammy at AST and because a few weeks had passed and it was closer to the holidays my previous quote was no longer able to be honored, but Tammy IMMEDIATELY got to work searching for lower prices. Within 20 minutes she had called to inform me that she found a driver that was only $25 more than my original quote from weeks ago and he was in my area, and could pick up my vehicle in 1 hour!

Literally within 2 hours of making the call I had my vehicle loaded on the truck and on the road. I know this is probably not typical, but it's definitely possible. The driver was very nice and worked VERY WELL under pressure. ( He had to load the truck during rush hour on a Friday evening in Beverly Hills.) My car left L.A. on Friday evening and arrived in Oklahoma Wednesday morning. Everything about this was very simple and worry free. I would definitely use this company again.
