About a month and a half before our move from South Carolina to Colorado I put some feelers out online regarding movers and auto transport. I was away from home for work and had a very busy schedule. Taylor kept in touch with me via email and phone but was never invasive or pushy, she was just there to help in any way. I passed all of the information that I had gathered over to my wife and she had done some internet searches as well. She ended up booking a move through a large broker that included the pack, move, and auto transport. Unfortunately even though that was set up over a month in advance and a large deposits was funded, they failed, no one ever showed up to pack us or move us and there was no auto transport either. It was very stressful on my wife and we ended up having to pack ourselves, and make the cross country drive in a Penske truck. We were in a bind and needed to get our car transported ASAP. I reached out to Taylor and she was able to line up my auto transport for that day. The transporter showed up to our house that day and our car arrived at our new home in Colorado about a week later in great shape. This was the first time that I have had to use these type of services and I was very satisfied with the results. Clearly our vehicle was well cared for and arrived on a truck with other luxury SUV's. The experience with Taylor was great and her professionalism was well beyond what I could have expected.

I will be contacting Taylor in the future for any of my automotive transport needs.
