Richard, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We were very disappointed to hear that the original driver that was scheduled to pick up your vehicle failed to do so. As we understood and communicated to you, the driver had gotten behind on this very busy seasonal route from the Northeast down to Florida. I know that Kari and Chanel in our customer service department made many calls to carriers to find a replacement carrier for your transport. Thank you very much for being so patient and understanding. Unfortunately, these things do happen and we are so very grateful that you appreciated our communication and proactive efforts. Most often things go smoothly, but when things do not, we are here to sort it out which is another great reason to book transport through a broker and not directly a carrier!
