Hi Charles, thanks for the review. First off, were sorry to hear that you had to drive 12 miles away to meet the driver, we were not aware of this and are following up with the carrier to ensure this doesnt happen in the future. Unfortunately the nature of the industry means that cars are open to the elements, feces and all. Some cultures say thats good luck for safe driving!
