Request for quote to make the subject move resulted in an immediate response by email ; followed shortly by an amplifying email with a more detailed response. Shortly thereafter a telephopne call was received from Ben that discussed the move in detail and answered questions. The conversation was friendly and not high pressure. Pickup and subsequent delivery was prompt.
