David, Thank you so much for the review. When we first spoke you were in a hell of a situation. This industry is saturated with businesses that set up for a few months, sell low quotes, do not answer the phones and then disappear (presumably to set up under a new name all over again). It seems lady luck was not on your side either, the seller of your vehicle and the first carrier we assigned to you decided to make everyones life difficult. Crucially, we did not fall out with each other, and in the end we assigned a second carrier and managed to make this work. We all agreed here in the office that you are top notch guy, if you ever need another vehicle moving we hope you will not hesitate to get in touch with your friends here at Autostar.
