Alex and his crew are awesome. I found them on the internet and had heard horror stories of such companies. But, Alex and his crew were anything but that. They called me on a constant basis to get me sign up with them. They also continued calling and keeping me posted of the pickup time until the pickup date. The pickup was delayed by a few hours (call from the Driver) and I was not happy about it. Alex and his customer service person called and apologized. They were willing the fight the battle for me (give the trucking company a bad rating). They also kept calling me through the week of the pickup and delivery and kept me updated on the status. I would use them again if I have to. I would also recommend them to anyone wanting to have their vehicles transported.
