A postive outcome to a new experience!

We have never had to use a transport/broker for transporting a vehicle. It was a first experience that had a positive outcome because we got a consistent quote, fast location of a driver, and the most consistent and prompt communications from everyone we interacted with both the company and the driver. I was happy to discover that AutoStar T & L does keep track of feedback on the drivers they connect with customers. We had put out requests for quote and received several. This company had a middle range quote. Alexandra followed thru to see that we received it and offered any assistance. It took us a couple weeks to be ready, and she still knew who we were and quickly located the file. She followed thru with a competent, reliable, friendly driver who was there to pick up our Ural motorcycle in about 4 days...and had it quickly down to FL. Cell phones are sometimes difficult (ha!) and we needed to relay information to the driver. Since he was on the road and unable to get the call, AutoStar followed thru to contact him, he contacted us, and AutoStar contacted us to be sure we got the call we needed! Complete follow thru in so many ways. Definitely would use AutoStar, Alexandra, Carrie, and the driver/hauler (Chuck Stevens) again!

Hi Eric! Thank you for such a kind review. It was a pleasure to work with you guys. I know that you needed the motorcycle to be picked ASAP and that you had issues with another company to find one. Fortunatelly, you dialed the right number and made the right choice! It was a little bit hard to find a carrier to do this job but we always work very hard for our customers satisfaction. Even when we have already dispatched the vehicle we like to keep in touch to make sure that the transportation experience runs as smoothly as possible.
