Danielle, Thank you very much for your review! When I first heard what your previous broker quoted for your transport, I knew that your vehicle would not move and that they were only out to get your deposit. Sadly, that is a common trick within this industry as many people focus SOLELY on the quote and not the customer service record of the company BEHIND the quote. I felt badly when after your previous broker made assurances to you that they could not keep, they stopped taking your calls. Once your contract with them expired, we were able to get your vehicle moved on the very day you turned to us AND at a reasonable price. Further proof of the lack of ethics of this previous broker, now they are arguing with you and delaying the return of your deposit now that their contract expired! I only wish that you had not experienced this headache and turned to us at the beginning!
