Excellent point of contact- readily available to answer phone call or questions. Pick up individual contacted me on time and the pick up was on time. Both individuals were polite, courteous and informative. Price was competitive. Minor issue was that the car was promised for delivery on a Sunday. Actual delivery was the next day but this was timed for a narrow window (15 minutes) to suit our timetable and he arrived exactly as promised .
