The first two available drivers were unable to pick up the vehicle due to circumstances beyond the control of Auto Star and this was frustrating for me. Actually it turned out to be fortunate because of the flooding that the North East experienced at this time, but Ben at Auto Star was in touch with me regularly. A few days later I surprisingly received a call from the driver stating that he picked up my car and will deliver it the next day. It arrived as promised and soon after Amber called to make sure everything went well. It certainly did! The rate was great and after wondering if I made the right move purchasing a car several hundred miles away I was relieved and very pleased.

It is very unusual that two carriers cancel on us and even more unusual to have such a cool and collected customer in what can be a frustrating situation.
