Edgar and Autostar Transport provided me with the best service I could ask for. I contacted them after a terrible experience with another company (Direct Express--truck never came; Customer Service was rude). I was very skeptical at first because it's a fairly new company. However, Edgar assured me that the staff were experienced and would be able to serve my needs, and directed me to prior reviews. For good measure, they promised not to charge my credit card for the deposit until my car had been picked up on the truck. So, the truck was ready for my car the next day. However, the person I had given my car to to deliver to the truck had an emergency and was unavailable. So, I just knew that Autostart Transport was going to cut me off as a customer. However, Edgar worked hard to find another truck that could pick it up in one day again! I found someone else to take the car to make sure it would be ready for pick up, and like Edgar said, the truck came and they picked up my car. Everything went smoothly from there. I received the car today XXX6 days later.
