Autostar Transport and Logistics was a great company to work with. My customer support rep was extremely helpful, easy to contact, and was honest. They contacted me before my car was retrieved, during transport, and after delivery.
The carrier, Perez and Son's Transportation Inc., was the only down part. The driver himself was extremely professional, would reply to my phone calls and messages left, and was willing to work with me on a good place to pickup / drop off the vehicle. However, I did not get 1 hours notice of pickup or delivery of the vehicle. I received a call 45 minutes prior to pickup, and about 20 minutes prior for delivery. The driver had to wait for me when I went to pickup, and as long as he was fine with waiting then it does not bother me.
The only person during this chain of events who was not helpful, was the contact for the carrier company. After the first day of possible pickup I placed a phone call to him to check status. He said that the driver should have arrived that day and that he would verify for me. I never heard back. The next day I called again, left a message, and did not hear back until later that evening when I called again. At this point, I asked status, and he said that he did not know (at least he was honest). The next day I received a call from the driver for pickup, and remained in contact with him instead of the carrier contact.
All in all, they process went well. The only downside was that I was somewhat concerned when I could not attain information from the carrier.

Hi Daniel! I am sorry there was a minor mishap due to the carrier, at least they picked it up and dropped it off as planned, albeit not letting you know with time.
