Autostar was prompt, timely, and above all else, honest in their customer service. From when I received a quote to when my car was delivered, someone from Autostar was always helping me along the way.

Tracy was especially helpful. The carrier that was selected to transport my car was never available to receive calls, did not return calls, and was dishonest in their practices. However, Tracy was always available to intervene on my behalf in getting in touch with the carrier. She was diligent and persistent when dealing with the carrier, ensuring that I did receive my car.

My experience with Autostar was terrific, despite the carrier being as crooked as they come. I am delighted that they will no longer hire the carrier assigned to me. To all you future customers, I would gladly recommend Autostar, but please do look up the reviews for the specific carrier assigned to you.
