Hi Liza I am happy to hear that you were pleased, overall, with the service you received from us. Brokers perform the customer service role that carriers unfortunately do not have, and we are in fact here to fill that customer service/satisfaction gap, in addition to performing background checks including insurance checks, and licensing that it would prove challenging to do in a personal capacity.
