I had to use this because my brake system was rusted out and I was 350 miles from home on a family vacation, so couldn't drive it home. Thankfully timing was not much of an issue for me as I had access to transportation home and access at home as well. The pickup was a day later than I had originally been told, but since it was delivered later that day, it arrived right about the time I had expected it to. No problems with the car once I got it. In terms of cost, it was just $2 more than if I had rented a moving van and a trailer (my only other available option), so all in all I was happy with how much it ended up costing. I would like it better, though, if there was an option to pay with a credit card instead of having to use check or cash on pickup. That made things somewhat difficult in my case. It all worked out, but having that option would've made things much easier.
