This is my first time trying to have my car transport during our move. I received multiple bids and Autoportation provided competitive bid and was following up after their quote. So I decided to place an order with them after talking to Robert Hernandez (sales guy) and he assured me that the car will be picked up within 3 to 4 days. There were no communication or update from Robert after 3 days so I contact Robert for update, he could not tell me when my car will get pick up. He forwarded my call to their dispatch coordinator (I forgot her name). From day 4 to day 7, I called their dispatch coordinator multiple times daily - she could not tell me anything at all. At one point I even offer to pay more if they can assure me that car will get pick up, no call back from her. I wrote e-mail to Robert and Evan (owner) to let them know of my problem. No response. Do not use these guys, they just want to get you signed up and get your deposit. After they got your $$, they put your name on the list and your car will get pick up sometime (may be?).

I canceled the contract with Autoportation after 7 days of no update and switched to GT Auto Transport Inc. after seeing great reviews on-line and received a great service. My car was picked up the next day after the order was placed and delivered in GA the following day! Amy Perez, President of GT Auto Transport Inc, stayed in-touch with me during the entire process. Call Amy Perez at GT Auto Transport, she will take care of transporting your car for you.

Pawn as I stated to you before we all do the same thing, while I am fond of GT Auto Transport and the hard work they do they placed your vehicle on the same board just at a higher price, this is known as double brokering which will make it virtually impossible for any carrier to call us regarding your vehicle because they want to get paid more obviously. The reason why we take the deposit is to prevent these things from happening. Anyways, I am glad that you got your car moved, at the end of the day that is what is most important.
